Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Programme is a five-year initiative (2018 - 2023) to support
university and institutional partnerships with the UK to develop entrepreneurship and enterprise skills for
students and young entrepreneurs across seven countries: Ukraine, Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan,
Kyrgyzstan) and South Caucasus (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia).
Khazar University in partnership with Middlesex University Higher Education Corporation, UK is one of
the winners of Creative Spark Partnership Fund 2019 supported by the British Council. This partnership
will enable students from Design and Arts to develop their entrepreneurship skills.
The main direction of the project, for 2020, is to address the issue of the Women in Entrepreneurship:
Challenges and Opportunities.
